Since most people in Europe generally travel a lot they are looking for a new experience and place to travel to. Many families very much enjoy traveling to the southern part of Portugal called the Algarve. There are lots of different things to do in this Algarve region of Portugal.

Albufeira is the place to go if you want to save some money and is located to the east. Your money will go farther in these Algarve hotels and villas as well as restaurants and bars.
To really see the authentic Portugal, head west past the city of Faro and check out some towns like Loule or Lagos. Lagos is a sleepy fisherman’s place near the airport. You will notice a difference in prices in these authentic bars and restaurants. You will also enjoy saving money at the villas in these towns. Staying in places like these helps you feel what Portugal is all about.
